I am born 2 become...??? In country like India it is the most difficult answer to give. We have limited career options. No one think beyond Engineer, doctor or Civil service. There is life beyond these options.

If I say a person is born to become a king and become a beggar, u can't realize his pain " Koi Chitrakar banne aaya tha tumne use jamidar bana dia, soco uske dil pe kya bit rahi hogi, tum uska dard nhi samajh sake". So allow your Son/Daughter relatives or even yourself to choose the path you like. Like cricket used to consider as a bad career option till few year back. But IPL has shown chose your path you like because you don't know what will happen tomorrow. One classical quote I read few month before: "You can't plan for future based on past"

Best career option after 12th commerce?

We start with common and simple career options in commerce:
You can go for BBA/BCom for graduation level, BBA & BCom are relatively easy but under valued career options, so do it only from a good univ. If you are interested in BBA you should prepare for the entrance test of BBA for the better university, like IP university of delhi. For Bcom better do it from DU.
During B.Com or BBA and if you are interested in Computer Programming languages than you can learn the following languages. In computer most common used languages are C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, and SQL. You will get an startup after completing B.Com or BBA degree.
If you want better career option after B.Com or BBA write TOEFL, ELT, GMAT for higher education in abroad. This are relatively better options then CA or CS , if you have handful amount of money to spend and don't want to do much hard work.
If u don't have much money and want better career better go for MBA, do B.Com/BBA and get side by side prepare yourself to apply for CAT. Nothing can get bigger than clearing CAT exam with good percentage and getting admission to IIMs.
BCOM + LLB is also a option available this is 5 year course.

If u r good in studies go for Charted Accountancy, CS, ICWA,Tax Advocate etc. They are good career options but require hard work. But if you get it through you get good money and job . This will also help u in business.
The Chartered Accountancy Course is a very demanding and interesting course. Not only that the course content is tough, it even requires three years of rigorous training under practicing Chartered Accountant to gain practical experience in the various fields relating to accountancy. This can be in the areas of accountancy, statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, taxation, management consultancy etc. One can also in the third year do industrial training in some organization under a CA working in that organization.
There are actually various types of accounting and these include auditing, bookkeeping, cost accounting, management accounting, financial accounting, social accounting, forensic accounting as well as public, internal and external accounting.
Students have two options for using this online accounting program. They can choose to earn an associate degree in accounting which takes two years to complete or a four-year bachelor’s degree. An advanced program in accounting can be pursued by working professionals who have earned a bachelor’s degree but who wish to earn a master’s degree and advance their career.
Most of the fields above are admin related or management. this is a good area of study and you can choose marketing or auditing etc .
Career After CA(articleship)??
It totally depends on what field you chose to specialize later. If you take up internal auditing, you should go in for Certified Internal Auditor,

career options after 12th arts?
Hi, if she is inclined more towards creativity, then i would suggest oneself to go for some best computer courses like Graphic designing, 3d Max, other Animation courses like Maya. If u visit to some good Computer institute they provide u with no. of such options pertaining to ur ability. So studying further is optional, instead she can start soon with the courses, hence after 1-2 yrs she is well trained for a job awaiting her and startup for a great career.
Depending on her aptitude for the creative field, she may apply for a professional course which may be related to fashion, interiors or the fine arts but they may be all diplomas and not get her degree. There is a new course introduced 2 yrs ago i guess which is called BMM, bachelors in multi media i guess. It is pretty interesting & there are several career options thereafter. There also several courses at NIFT that can fetch her a degree in courses offered by them

Better if you will go to Btech, you didn't mention that you are from which board as the JEE exam & AIEE exam has been already conducted by the individual authorities.
If you can't join to btect for any reason then go to bscit, as now days the prospectus of bscit is growing day by day. You can enter in it sections easily & as you sad that you are creative minded , so i think it will be the better option if b tech is not possible.

To score higher in exams-- STUDY, and do all of your homework. If that isn't working, talk to your teacher about extra lessons after school, or find yourself a tutor.
